Wang Jinyao and Jin Fengming broke the 400 meters record of 52.50 seconds set by Lv Zhongwei in the third Provincial Track and Field Sports meeting in March 1990 with 51.80 seconds and 51.93 seconds respectively.

Wang Jinyao broke the 400 meters hurdles record of 1:00.80 set by Xiao Yonglin at the 4th Provincial Track and Field Sports Meeting in August 1994 with 58.30 seconds.

Bai Yuchuan, Jin Fengming, Huang Kai and Chi Haisheng broke the college 4x100m relay record of 45.34 seconds set at the 11th College Athletics Meeting in May 2023 with 44.18 seconds.
